In July of 2026, we are sending a team to Kibaale, Uganda to serve with our partners at Transformed For Life, who has worked with vulnerable children for over 13 years. They cultivate community development, family reunification, trauma care and so much more!
They also host a school that provides high quality education for traumatized girls. They now have over 100 students ages 3-9!
Our team will provide training for teachers, library support and will host a week-long camp for the students.
By investing in trauma-informed education at a school that fosters a safe and loving environment, 1,000s of at-risk children will be equipped to radically transform their families, communities and the country.

More About A Perfect Injustice
A Perfect Injustice is committed to serving vulnerable people throughout Uganda and providing them with the skills to empower them to have a better future.
Uganda is a developing country that has been torn apart by civil war and the AIDS pandemic. Many of the children there have no shoes, no food, no education, no home, no family. This means that these children must rely on the generosity of strangers for their daily meals, clothing and development. There are an estimated two million orphaned children in Uganda and nearly half of these children are orphaned as a result of AIDS.
A Perfect Injustice (API) is a holistic care organization that was initiated as a response to the overwhelming number of these children as well as vulnerable women in Africa. With an emphasis on family reunification, education, vocational training and family empowerment, API is positioned to rescue an individual, raise each one as a leader in their chosen sphere of life so that in turn they will rebuild their nation. Their model provides for physical care, education (formal and vocational), counseling and emotional well-being, moral and spiritual growth.
Here is an overview of some of our programs:
Women’s Empowerment Program: Each week API holds a women’s empowerment program. Each week the women have a devotion, life skill and then share a meal together. Life skills include such topics as parenting, marriage, trauma, nutrition, improved agricultural techniques and money management. We have also trained on income generating activities and provided the start-up capital to begin them. Such activities include: fruit seedlings, pig and rabbit projects as well as tailoring and hair dressing workshops.
Sponsorship of vulnerable children: Over the years A Perfect Injustice has come aside children from a variety of desperate situations including: street children, trafficked children, lost and abandoned children, children in conflict as well as children from child headed households. Through sponsorship, API cares for all the need of a child by providing them with medical care, counselling as well as a great education and all of the academic materials that they need to excel.
Community Development: Through medical camps, youth and children’s camps as well as sensitization on different subjects such as healthcare, agriculture, trauma and marriage, API continues to work with our entire community to walk along side of them and to give them the tools to improve their quality of life.
Early Education and Primary School: Through engaging in our community, A Perfect Injustice has recognized, and been requested by the local government and community to begin an early education and primary school for children in our community.
Conservation: A Perfect Injustice values the environment and puts great emphasis on educating our community on the value of trees, wildlife, and why we should preserve this precious earth that we have been given. API continues to plant trees in our community as well as to distribute them to the families regularly attending our programs.
